Like your design of latch, have been looking for something similar for a
Bolkow Junior 208A, which already has had the front opening canopy
come open in flight,with disastrous consequences for both canopies,not to
mention the pilots high laundry bill.

To be clear, I saw this style of canopy latch on Bill Allen’s Long-EZ and then got the specs from Mike Bowden. I think it will work a treat once I get it installed!
